Build a practice
that holds.

I'm Ishtiaque. 2nd Dan Kyokushin, 11 years of Kriya Yoga in the Lahiri lineage. I work one-to-one with people who meditate, who train, who try — and still feel their internal state running them. We change that.

What this is

This is not a wellness programme. There are no modules to complete, no habit trackers, no 21-day resets.

The work begins in the first session and the measure is simple: does your internal state actually change? We work with breathwork, physical training, introspection, and energy practices — not separately, but as a single system calibrated to you.

The goal is a practice you own. One that works when I'm not in the room.

How it works

Three mechanisms.
One coherent system.

Each session delivers all three. Each one prepares the ground for the next.

i.

The Reception

Each session begins by reading where your system actually is — not where you think it should be. The first move is calibration: finding the primary mode of self-protection your nervous system defaults to under pressure, then meeting it precisely.

ii.

The Bendings

Six lineages. One body. Each session draws from the bending your system most needs that day — Air for breath, Mind for shadow, Heart for cardio, Band for strength, Form for yoga, Vibe for sound.

iii.

The Convergence

Where ancient and modern meet. Kriya yoga and nervous-system science. Shadow work and strength training. Breathwork and biomechanics. Each practice reinforces the others in the same body, in the same arc of time. The results compound in ways a single modality cannot.

The arc

From regulation to ownership.

The work moves through three phases. The arc is non-linear, but the direction is clear.

Phase 1 — Regulation

We begin with the nervous system. Air Bending and the Reception. You learn to come back to baseline at will. Sleep stabilises. The body stops being the loudest thing in the room.

Phase 2 — Capacity

You have a regulation practice that works. Then we layer — physical, psychological, and energetic practices that reinforce each other. Your personal combination of Bendings becomes clear. Routines you couldn't sustain begin to hold.

Phase 3 — Ownership

You understand your own system. Sessions shift from crisis response to refinement. You regulate during stress instead of collapsing into it. The practice belongs to you, not to me.

Most clients move through Phase 1 in 4–8 weeks. Phase 2 unfolds over months. Phase 3 is a relationship to your own system that lasts beyond the work.

Grief & Reconstruction

She arrived after a loss that had unmade her routines. Through breathwork, Kriya, and weekly introspection, the scaffolding came back. Slowly, then completely.

Discipline & Consistency

He trained occasionally but couldn't maintain it. Unpredictable hours kept resetting him. We built a structure flexible enough to survive an irregular schedule. He stopped starting over.
