"I've spent 15 years learning how to make the practice run the life — rather than the life tolerating the practice."
I run 40km a week. I do strength training or ashtanga yoga 90–100 minutes a day on top of 3.5 hours daily Kriya — while caregiving for three people simultaneously, and still get 7.5 hours of sleep most nights with a recovery score in the 85–90 range. I don't say this to impress you. I say it because the question I get most often is: how?
The answer is not discipline. The answer is that the practice has been built so the system runs itself.
That is what I teach. Not a method I read in a book. A system I've been refining in my own body for fifteen years, under a single Karate teacher and through a continuous Kriya lineage, and that has held me through everything life has put in front of it.
